ConsultANZ are looking for Senior Project Manager to work for our client in Perth.
Our client is an engineering contractor specializing in civil, mining, and marine construction projects, offering services such as piling, marine infrastructure, rail renewals, and civil engineering.
Their expertise includes building and upgrading wharves, jetties, marinas, and land-based infrastructure.
As part of a global ground engineering group, the company is equipped to handle large-scale and complex projects.RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Senior Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Leading and managing all aspects of construction activities to achieve project objectives, ensuring safety, environmental, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.Supervising civil, piling, and marine-based works, providing on-site management and guidance.Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and Project Managers to address operational requirements and mitigate potential impacts.Offering technical, client, and resource support to projects as needed.Collaborating with Project Managers, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver optimal project outcomes.REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will have:Over 10 years of site-based experience in specialist concrete, civil, marine, or piling construction with a main contractor.Proven experience supervising marine works, including piling and foundation construction.Demonstrated ability to deliver complex marine-based civil engineering projects.Strong knowledge and practical experience in modern piling techniques such as CFA, sheet, driven pre-cast, bored, and marine piling.Experience working in challenging environments, including heavy lifting, barge operations, and managing tides.Previous exposure to working offshore and collaborating with local workforces.A track record of successfully handling senior management responsibilities in construction.BENEFITSWe offer a competitive salary package of $200k to $230k base, plus superannuation and car allowance (if based in Perth).
