$149,722 - $185,658 per annum Plus 15.4% employer superannuation contribution The National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA) is Australia's independent expert regulator for health and safety, structural integrity, well integrity and environmental management for all offshore energy operations and greenhouse gas storage activities in Commonwealth waters, and in coastal waters where regulatory powers and functions have been conferred.
NOPSEMA also administers the functions of the Offshore Infrastructure Regulator (OIR), for the offshore renewables industry. This includes the regulation of work health and safety, infrastructure integrity, and environmental management for offshore renewable energy infrastructure activities.

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Senior Project Manager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and successful implementation of digital strategies, policies, frameworks and platforms by leading the delivery of ICT projects.
Role:Reporting to the Program Director – Digital Transformation, this role will be responsible for delivering agreed ICT projects aligned with the Agency's strategic objectives and ensuring each ICT project is delivered according to their defined scope, budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:As a highly self-motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive experience and knowledge of delivering complex ICT projects, you will be responsible for leading, managing, delivering and monitoring the projects in accordance with the Agency's project management framework and other related policies, procedures and processes.
You will assume full ownership of the project lifecycle from initiation to deployment ensuring alignment to NOPSEMA's strategies and priorities. You will also manage interdependencies and strategic objectives between technology, operational and business needs and identify and report on issues with project structure, cost, risk and impact on current business activities.
You will provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary project team, including external vendors and manage daily team activities including building, motivating and mentoring team members to meet project objectives.
The successful applicant will lead the project team in fostering a creative and analytical problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
We would like to hear from you if:You are an accomplished Senior Project Manager with the ability to manage ICT projects and project management tools and systems, including the ability to plan, prioritise, make decisions, problem solve, meet deadlines and manage both internal and vendor resources for a range of large-scale complex projects.
You have a reputation as a trusted Senior Project Manager who can initiate, influence and maintain relationships between key stakeholders and facilitate effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change in line with key stakeholder expectations.
You leverage your expertise to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple disciplines to effectively solve problems and drive the achievement of agency goals and objectives, in a climate of significant internal and external change.
