The Role Due to our continued growth and expansion, we have a vacancy for a Senior Project Manager to join out Remote Power Division.
This division is responsible for the delivery of large power station projects throughout Australia, with a diverse portfolio of clients.
By effectively carrying out the scope, budget, and schedule of projects with a strong foundation of safety, governance, and quality frameworks, you will be accountable for their delivery as a Senior Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Develop the Project Execution Plan for the Delivery Phase of your Project/s.Develop the Project reporting plan and reports in accordance with Pacific Energy Governance requirements (daily/weekly/monthly)Lead the implementation of the plans through the life of the project.Manage the project contract requirements in accordance with Client and Supplier contracts Develop and maintain the project/s performance, budgeting and periodic forecasting to ensure alignment with Budget, Scope and Schedule.Schedule resources and works activities to effectively deliver projects and maximise efficiency.Manage procurement of all project equipment.Collate, review and summarise of all schedule and work-in-progress (WIP) informationEnsure Design, Engineering, Commissioning, Integration and Operational Readiness requirements are met for the projectManage Document Control processes About You: Tertiary qualified in suitable discipline, engineering, science, planning, project management or similar OR a demonstrated ability in hands on project planning, project administration and project deliveryHighly developed people skills with an ability to communicate at all levelsExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsExcellent written and excel skillsStrong knowledge of project delivery requirementsDemonstrated management of priorities and critical paths to ensure workflow is maintainedDemonstrated understanding of contracts and contracting methodologiesAdditional benefits include: Additional four days per annum of Personal Business LeaveOpportunity to apply for additional leave (Purchase Leave)Employee Discretionary Bonus ProgramSalary continuance insuranceRewards Gateway for our employeesEmployee Referral RewardWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer
