Senior Project Manager

Project Manager required to join a regional NSW company with recent project wins on $30m developments. Strong project pipeline.
Company Our client has been established for over 20 years delivering projects across Education, Health, Hospitality, Retail, Office, and Community sectors. They are a National business who specialise in Construction, Fit-out, and Refurbishment work to the value of $50m. With an excellent growth forecast across the business, one of their busiest offices is in regional NSW.
Following a recent run of larger contracts awarded and an internal promotion, we now have an opportunity for a Project Manager or Senior Manager.
Role & Responsibilities To be considered for this role you will have successfully delivered projects of a similar value as a Project Manager.
To be shortlisted for this opportunity you will have experience of: A degree in Construction Management or related qualification Experience in procurement, planning, forecasting, budget control, variations, and value engineering Experience across private and public related projects Proficient in Microsoft Project, Cheops, Jobpac, and Procure A proven track record of finishing multiple projects on time and budget Experience working for a tier 1 or 2 business Responsible for project managing developments in excess of $20m in value Passionate about construction Enjoy mentoring teams Thrives on new challenges Can work independently, be proactive, and be innovative Why Apply?
