About the role
This unique opportunity is ideal for an experienced Project Manager with strong client-side expertise who has hit a glass ceiling and is looking for a new challenge to build and lead a project management team.
Initially, you will oversee the execution of key projects and as the business expands, you will develop and mentor a skilled team of project managers, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Engaging with stakeholders including councils, state government bodies, project consultants, and contractors, you will build strong relationships, develop solutions to complex problems and promote a collaborative environment that drives programmes and gets the best outcomes for the project.
This position represents an exciting opportunity for a motivated, adaptable project management professional to work as part of a committed and outcomes-oriented team.

About you You have previous experience working for a consultancy in a project management role.
Experience in a team leadership role, or a desire to build and lead a team of your own.
Proven record delivering a wide range of commercial and residential projects over $10M.
A natural problem solver who uses their analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions that drive project success.
You thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
