As a skilled Senior Project Manager or Project Manager looking to step up, utilise your expertise to guide dedicated delivery teams, ensuring the safe, cost-effective, and high-quality construction of HV infrastructure projects that meet client requirements, KPIs, and financial targets within Downer's delivery model framework. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will work closely with a team of construction managers, project engineers, crew leaders, technical staff, and support staff to efficiently deliver projects. Key Responsibilities: Guide and coach others to promote a Zero-Harm culture proactively and visibly. Responsible for implementing and contributing to developing project delivery plans to manage and control projects. Provide leadership & direction to achieve project objectives (includes standards and procedures and provide advice regarding technical issues). Manage projects in accordance with the Downer Project Management Delivery model. Support the estimating team to ensure robust tender inputs and provide support through Downer Governance reviews to ensure best practice estimating. About You: A Trade or Engineering (Electrical or similar) qualification and/or a Diploma in Project Management. Additionally, you must possess experience delivering electrical utility projects. High proficiency with computers and relevant software. Superior communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders up and downstream.
