As our Senior Project Manager , you'll lead every phase of project delivery with precision and expertise.
Working alongside our Commercial and Project Delivery teams, you'll be the cornerstone of our success.
From overseeing compliance and contracts to managing claims and financial processes, your role will be critical in ensuring project excellence.
What You'll Do: Drive procurement strategies and establish gold-standard project management procedures.
Oversee contract securities, insurances, claims, and variations under the head contract and key subcontracts.
Support the preparation of monthly progress reports and expertly navigate dispute resolutions.
What We're Looking For: 5+ years of proven Project Management experience.
A tertiary qualification in construction management, quantity surveying, finance, legal, or a related discipline is a plus.
Experience with multi-unit residential projects.
Proficiency in Procore (or similar software).
