Based in the South East suburbs of Melbourne, this company offers an opportunity to join a stable team with repeat clients, strong subcontractor relationships, systems, and procedures.
The RoleReporting to the Construction Director, you will be totally responsible for the delivery of the project to the required standard of time, budget, safety, employee relations, quality, meeting the needs of both the client and company.
RequirementsI am looking to speak with experienced Project Managers with at least 10 years of industry experience, who have delivered a minimum of 3 projects from start to finish for a head contractor.
Experience delivering education projects in critical and exposure to VSBA processes would be advantageous.
The successful applicant will have delivered commercial projects in excess of $20M and will be commutable to Bayside.
