An opportunity currently exists to join our Project Management Team in Melbourne.
The successful candidate will possess: Ambition to progress their career as a project managerAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA professional, business-like approach.Role Responsibilities: In conjunction with team secure additional repeat business from clients and seek and successfully secure new clientsManagement of assigned Project Management jobs and tasks in accordance with company policy and procedures and within policy and procedures of client organisation as requiredDevelop project plans, including time programmes, cost plans and cash flows in line with approved scope and budget for the project in conjunction with all stakeholdersManage and liaise with clients, associate consultants and authoritiesHigh level of skill in management of multi-disciplinary Infrastructure Project, in accordance with recognised best practice project management methodsQualifications and skills: 5-10 years in a professional role ideally focused on project engineering or project coordination in the government and / or consulting sectorsPublic sector experience highly regarded particularly within the Education sectorA strong client service focusAbility to develop and manage budgets and time programmesExceptional written and verbal communication skills, high level of attention to detailProven experience in management of complex stakeholder relationshipsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proven experience working within a Consultancy environmentFormal qualifications in Project Management highly desirable although not essentialAs part of our team you will be offered ongoing training to expand your skill base and ensure your continued professional development.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and the duties and responsibilities of the role.
