Senior Project Manager

Company National Tier 2 builder known for its expertise in Construction, Fitout and Refurbishment projects.
This reputable builder is known for its high-quality projects, exceptional name in the market, and company culture.
Due to repeat work from existing clients and successful tenders, this client has a strong pipeline of work booked in for 2025 across the Health, Pharma, and Tertiary sectors.

Role Reporting into the Directors of the business, this is predominantly a site-based position where you will be responsible for overseeing up to 3 projects simultaneously.
Supported by a well-resourced and experienced team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered as per the initial scope, within time and budget.
The relevant role is for a 2025 start with the client willing to interview prior to Christmas.

Requirements Proven track record delivering Fitout & Refurbishment projects up to $15-25M in a Project Management role for a head contractorExperience delivering multiple projects concurrentlyProficient with Jobpac, Hammertech, Aconex and ProcureProStrong interpersonal and communication skillsIf you are interested, apply below:
