Due to rapid Data Centre growth, Zinfra is expanding its project delivery team and embarking on a decade-long pipeline of Greenfield substation builds.
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to drive our efforts in constructing state-of-the-art 66kV substations, with projects valued at approximately $50 million.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Deliver the construction of $50 million substation projects over two-year periods, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.Technical Leadership: Take a hands-on approach to project management, directly coordinating and bringing together multi-disciplinary teams for project success.Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all project requirements and regulations are met.Compliance and Safety: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards.What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven experience as a senior project manager in distribution substation construction, managing projects valued at $50-100 million.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with standard project management methodologies, particularly PMBOK, and a background in distribution, transmission, or electrical engineering.Hands-On Approach: Ability to take a hands-on role in project management; we operate with small lean project teams: doing is equally important as delegation in this role.Certification: A white card is required, and a driver's license is essential.
