You will oversee and execute a wide range of complex projects. Drawing on your extensive experience and expertise, you will apply agile and hybrid project management methodologies to plan effectively, monitor, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.About the roleDevelop detailed project plans to resource, track, document and mitigate risks and issuesAscertain internal and external stakeholder matrices, and coordinate with internal resources and external vendorsManage client relationships and ensure clear communication of scope, schedule, risks and issuesMeasure and manage project performance, escalate issues where appropriate and ensure adequate resources are allocatedDeliver projects end to end within scope, schedule and budget while ensuring quality outcomesDetailed sprint planning and all ceremonies associated with Agile deliveryAdhere to and champion the FAIR project delivery methodology to ensure project successAbout you:10+ years of Project Management experience with a focus on S/4HANA projects gained in consulting environmentsSolid understanding and experience of multiple project delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and end-to-end project delivery life cyclesStrong communication skills and collaborative approach, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsExcellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage strict deadlinesExperience in different functions of the project team will be highly regarded (Scrum Master/BA), and flexibility to perform a range of functions essentialProficient in working with Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira)Desired Skills:Experience with B2B and B2C in Manufacturing, FMCG and/or Retail is an advantageProject implementation experience of SAP S4HANA, SAP CX and BTP is highly regardedOur Culture:What's most important at FAIR?We live and breathe our core values of honesty, integrity, transparency and loyalty.What drives us?Our passion for IT innovation and delivering quality customer outcomes.
