To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: 5+ years Project Management experience, including a minimum of 2 years running large and complex projects.Experience running large complex projects/programs (circa $3M+) with 20 - 40+ indirect reports; high complexity requirements and multiple internal and external project dependencies.Experience running multiple projects in parallel, with high complexity and multiple dependencies.This is a permanent role and can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. We offer hybrid work arrangements, so you'll have the flexibility to work from one of our offices in these locations or work from home. How will I help? You will add value by:
Engaging business leaders and developing effective stakeholder relationships to understand and agree on the business and customer needs and facilitate successful project outcomes that meet those needs.Delivering the agreed project scope within required timeframe, cost & quality constraints.Where the Project is not yet underway, working closely with the Sponsor and/or Business Initiative Owner to initiate the project and get it 'up and running'.Ensuring adequate business analysis is done to establish scope and mandatory requirements.Establishing and monitoring appropriate project governance for each stream within the project(s) and ensuring alignment with the Portfolio governance and reporting framework.Mentoring and leading Technology Leads, Project Manager Associates, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts seconded to the program, as required.Clearly and regularly communicating with key stakeholders and ensuring the project Sponsor is comfortable and confident that the project is on track and achieving success.Ensuring that adequate risk & issue management protocols are maintained across the entire Project.Why work at Bupa?
