Senior Project Manager

THEM
Mid tier Main contractor with solid reputation in NSW who is now expanding into VIC at the request of key clients.
Deliver across commercial, education, residential, health & government sectors.
Work in both the new build construction and fitout/refurb space on projects up to $15M.
Have experienced steady growth for 10yrs due to successful delivery & repeat clients.
Looking for PM/SPM to drive four new projects for key client.

YOU
Experienced PM or SPM with new build projects in Melbourne.
Capable of initially delivering a few $5M projects concurrently as VIC lead.
Strong people management skills and build great relationships.
Positive, professional, experienced and solid reporting capabilities.
Experience in health and education sectors including live environments will be very highly regarded.
Well networked and can add value with additional subby coverage and/or new team members as required.
