Manage and control all project management baselines as applicable to assigned project(s), through all phases of the project lifecycle. Detailed review of the project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements as defined in the project. Continually monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing changes and adjustments as required, addressing variations to planned performance. Prepare project reporting documentation on a weekly, monthly and adhoc basis, and present project performance metrics and outcomes as required. Involvement and support of all UGL HSSE requirements including participation in proactive safety measures and HSSE improvement plan initiatives. About you:
Degree in a related Engineering discipline or relevant Trade qualification. Minimum 10 years' M&E experience within the road and tunnel infrastructure space. Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritize demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands. Experience with lump sum contract environment. Commercial acumen. Australian Drivers Licence. Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
