The Company
Tier 2, National Construction company with capabilities across construction, refurbishment and fitout projects. A widely admired business with a fantastic brand, well known for high quality projects, treating their staff well and generally, for being classy operators.
You will work in the Fitout & Refurbishment team where you will specialise in the commercial, health and education sectors, working on high profile and complex projects.
This business has a full book of work, keeping them busy until 2025 and still actively tendering.
The Role
The Senior Project Manager position will report into the General Managers and will be responsible for the delivery of 3 concurrently running projects across the Health, Education & Pharma sectors.
With the support of a well resourced team you will be responsible for delivering projects within contractual conditions, programme, scope & budget.
You will be using Jobpac, Hammertech, MS Projects, Aconex.
About You
This role would suit a Project Manager who can demonstrate the following experience:
Delivered projects in the Health, Pharma, Education or Institutional sectors (new build, refurbishment or fit out).
Delivered concurrently running projects
Worked as a PM for a Tier 1 or 2 builder (advantageous)
Experience using Jobpac & Hammertech (advantageous)
