About the Role The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing one or multiple streams of work involving significant business value and risk across the Commercial Lend and Grow Division, enabled by Credit Risk. This role will promote the Program at senior management level to enable value delivery, resolve technology/ business issues, risks and dependencies, in line with the value case and within defined accountabilities and constraints. You will be accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget and with the desired quality.

What will your day look like?
As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to: 
Assist in the finalisation of project business cases, facilitation of the approval process and managing the project within the allocated budget.
Foster collaboration across teams and business units, with a focus on dependency management and collaboration within the broader Commercial Business.
Support the Initiative Delivery Lead and broader program with prioritisation of change activity, ensuring the successful adoption of platforms and services developed within the Transformation division.
Identify, monitor and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, agreeing appropriate risks responses/mitigations.
Identify and introduce new solutions or approaches to improve project performance.
Manage assigned people in cross-functional teams for effective project delivery, including team cohesion but ensuring interpersonal accountability.
Demonstrate ANZ values, culture and new ways of leading, adapting behaviour to changing demands and fostering team and business unit collaboration.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Communication skills: ability to articulate messages and communicate well with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation, from executive level to delivery team members.
Ability to collaborate, negotiate with, and influence people.
Leadership: ability to build and form strong relationships and teams; provide direction and vision, and the ability to coach and mentor team members.
Adaptability and flexibility: demonstratable ability to pivot ways of working to suit a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities.
