Job Title: Senior Program Manager

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead and manage complex programs, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. Your expertise in program management, coupled with the advantage of PMP and Agile methodologies, will be instrumental in driving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and achieving outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Provide strategic direction and guidance to program teams. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define program objectives, expectations, and deliverables. Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members. Program Planning: Develop detailed program plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones. Establish governance structures and ensure program alignment with corporate strategies. Risk Management: Identify program risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle. Budget and Resource Management: Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial objectives are met. Allocate and optimize resources, including personnel and technology. Agile Integration: Implement Agile methodologies to improve program efficiency and adaptability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within program teams. Quality Assurance: Oversee program quality, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed quality standards. Establish and maintain quality control processes. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular program status reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate transparent and effective communication within program teams. Change Management: Address changes in program scope, schedule, or objectives using Agile principles. Ensure program teams adapt to changes effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is an advantage. Proven experience in program management, including successful delivery of complex initiatives. Must possess demonstrated experience in successfully leading and managing ERP projects, showcasing their expertise in enterprise resource planning implementations. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a distinct advantage. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
