Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile class 2, 5-story construction project in Beerwah from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities: Manage all project phases from inception to completion: tendering, construction, and completion.
Oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and environmental standards.
Administer contract tenders, cost control, and document management.
Coordinate site teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion.
Ensure safety, quality control, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, and internal management.
Requirements: Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
8-10 years' experience in residential/commercial project management.
Strong knowledge of contract law, budgeting, and project management software and tools (Jobpac and Procore are desirable).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
