Senior Project Manager

A national commercial builder that specialises in medium to high density residential projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver their large programme of works including projects valued over $100M.

Your new role
Reporting to the Director, you will manage all aspects of the project from establishment of the project plan through to practical completion.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be carrying out the following duties:
Monitor, review & report on the performance of the project against the approved budget and key milestones Risk assessments and implement risk minimisation strategies Develop and implement the project quality plan Staff development and performance reviews Conduct regular site safety walks and managing all safety issues on site Monitor and review the project's performance measures/indicators for key aspects such as financial, safety, quality, client satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualification in Building and Construction Experience delivering commercial projects above $30M Advanced oral and written communication skills Ability to lead and mentor a team Applicants wanting to get or already possess an A Class Building Licence are encouraged to apply What you'll get in return
