The role As Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate with Senior Management to drive growth and implement strategic plans across projects.
You'll oversee construction operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to time, cost, and quality objectives.
Additionally, you'll contribute to recruitment efforts, attend key meetings, and build long-term client relationships while managing and growing project teams.
Your impact You will oversee financial and performance reporting for projects, tracking revenue, gross profit, and timelines.
Your leadership will drive risk management, identify opportunities, and ensure efficient communication with teams.

Your every day Collaborate with Senior Management to refine and implement state growth and strategy plans.Recruit and onboard project and site staff, including advertising, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.Attend and contribute to tender meetings, project meetings, and pre-construction discussions with consultants.Participate in HSEQ Senior Management meetings and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Oversee construction projects, ensuring planning and execution align with project management principles (time, cost, quality).Maintain consistent communication with project teams to address risks and identify opportunities.Drive the growth and development of project teams, fostering long-term success.Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure safe, efficient, and effective operations on-site.Identify training needs for staff and coordinate induction or refresher courses as required.Prepare and present project performance reports, including revenue, gross profit, program progress, and delay analyses.Track and review budgets monthly, ensuring costs align with approved budgets and reporting variances.Forecast project outcomes and report to senior management.Participate in senior management meetings and contribute to strategic planning and reporting.Support tendering efforts in collaboration with senior management.Assist teams with ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.Our offer to you Fully maintained company vehicle.Company-provided mobile phone for work purposes.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Work on Tier 1 projects.Who are you?
