THE ROLE Reporting to the state lead, you have responsibility to manage your team to deliver a variety of projects for our clients from $10m to $100m.
Managing all aspects of project deliveryEnsure compliance with HSEQ requirementsEnsure effective cost control and efficient running of the projectCoordinating direct labour and subcontractorsEncourage a collaborative, client-focused culture, managing stakeholders' needs relative to projects, and create long-term loyal relationshipsEnsure the client is regularly informed about project performance and issues in a timely and professional mannerPlan and deliver HSECQ start-up and plansABOUT YOU As a project leader with extensive project management and delivery skills, you will possess:
