Senior Project Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects or technical work packages from start-up through to closing within a PRINCE2 and Agile environment. The role involves coordinating project activities and resources, producing required documentation, ensuring appropriate governance and assurance, and managing communication, organizational change, and benefits realization plans.

The role involves coordinating project activities and resources, producing required documentation, ensuring appropriate governance and assurance, and managing communication, organizational change, and benefits realization plans.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate project activities and resources within budget and timeframes.Produce project documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.Ensure appropriate project governance and assurance activities are in place.Develop and implement communication plans and organizational change management plans.Liaise closely with all project stakeholders, including Project Executives, Project Board Members, and Senior Management.Manage risks, issues, conflicts, change requests, priorities, budget, finances, resource allocations, schedules, and project team direction and support.Provide timely and accurate reporting on project progress to stakeholders.Ensure project administration activities comply with internal governance and compliance practices.Key Measures of Success: Delivery of projects and work packages to agreed Scope, Schedule, Quality, and Budget baselines. Recent experience in delivering projects in a complex agile environment. Quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) maintenance.
