This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a complex Salesforce implementation, integrating with legacy systems, data migration, identity and access management, and business change. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and the executive management team, ensuring a smooth transition to a new operational service delivery model.
What you'll do: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of an exciting ICT-enabled business change project. Your primary responsibility will be managing a complex Salesforce implementation while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. You will work closely with various stakeholders, providing comprehensive monitoring and reporting on the project's progress. Your leadership skills will be crucial in inspiring your team towards successful delivery of sprints. With your hands-on approach, you will identify potential risks early on and take necessary steps to mitigate them. Your role will also involve maintaining high-quality project artefacts such as business cases, project plans, and reports.
Manage, lead and coordinate the implementation, reporting, rollout and closure phases of the CRM & Portal Project
Provide comprehensive monitoring and reporting on the project to key stakeholders including project governance bodies and Executive Management
Maintain quality project artefacts including business cases, project plans, project reports
Work with the procurement team and executive management to progress procurement activities in accordance with the approved significant procurement plan
Establish and manage a number of concurrent and complex work streams with associated working groups
Act as a key co-ordination point for liaising with vendors for all engagements / variations and dependency management
Identify, assess and manage risks in collaboration with the project team to facilitate success of the project
Inspire, lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to bring certainty to delivery of sprints and the overall successful project
What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Senior Project Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in managing complex business system projects, particularly Salesforce CRM implementations. You will have a strong track record of vendor management and the ability to direct and manage large project teams. Your expertise in managing high-level project controls such as scope, schedule, budget, and quality will be crucial to this role. With relevant project management qualifications and training, you will have proven your ability to lead and manage high-profile, high-impact projects.
Proven experience in senior project or program management in Salesforce CRM projects or equivalent complex business system projects
Strong vendor management experience
Ability to direct and manage a large project team comprising multiple vendors delivering to contracts or service agreements
Ability to manage and report on high level project controls such as scope, schedule, budget and quality
Relevant project management qualifications, expertise, knowledge and training
Proven ability to lead and manage complex, high profile and high impact projects
