ROLE:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be required to: Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company Mentor and upskill Contract Administrator with sub-contractor administration Manage all relevant stakeholders Financially astute, complete control of budgets and ensure that projects are profitable This role has the ability to develop into a Construction Manager after demonstrating your ability on Construction projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will have:
A Relevant tertiary degree Demonstrated experience working on commercial projects from $15M+ Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor Strong network of sub contractors and clients to assist in growing the business Excellent communication and presentation skills A go get attitude with a hardworking mentality Unlimited Australian working rights All conversations are private and confidential Mobile: 0431 767 838
