Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join their team in overseeing critical defence projects at Tindal RAAF Base, located in the Northern Territory.

The role requires relocation to Katherine, NT, with a relocation package, including accommodation and generous allowances, provided to ensure a smooth transition.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a vital role in the leadership and management of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You will work closely with existing project managers and site teams, providing strategic oversight, mentoring, and support to drive performance and maintain project momentum.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Overseeing the delivery of multiple defence projects with a strategic approach to resource management and project execution.
Providing leadership and mentorship to project managers and site teams, ensuring operational efficiency and professional development.
Ensuring project deliverables meet contractual, financial, and scheduling requirements.
Engaging with key stakeholders, including defence personnel and contractors, to foster strong working relationships and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Implementing risk management strategies to proactively address challenges and ensure smooth project progression.
Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering defence-related projects.
The ideal candidate will bring: Extensive experience in project management, particularly within the defence sector.
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and foster collaboration across all project phases.
