Role Description We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple building and civil projects (mainly building projects) at various stages.
Some projects will be in design phases, whilst others are in construction.
Located in our Melbourne Airport office, you'll be responsible for:
Overseeing scoping of works.
Managing the design, tender and procurement process.
Engaging with contractors and consultants.
Managing construction/delivery phases.
Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience as a Client-Side (Buildings) Project Manager, ideally in a Consultancy.
You'll also need:
Experience delivering complex building projects in a live environment – your sector experience is less relevant, however the complexity of the projects you've managed will be crucial.
Airport/Aviation experience will be highly advantageous.
The desire to deliver multiple building projects at various stages – this role will be quite varied.
Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
A willingness to work with team members to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients, in a highly governed environment.
Qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
