Senior Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Based in Adelaide, this role offers the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget, coupled with exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities: More than 10 years of Project Management experience including schedule/budget/scope/resource/risk/change management.Previous experience in Control Systems (Mining)/ Electrical industry highly preferred.Working on an application-based project.Managing important stakeholder groups and tight timeframes.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and competing priorities.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Recognised project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, PMBOK) an advantage.Liaising with the delivery team and other senior internal and external stakeholders.Coordinating with different sites and overseeing delivery and testing.Partnering with stakeholders to achieve the successful delivery of the project requirements.Paxus values diversity and welcomes applications from Indigenous Australians, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and people living with a disability.
