About the client:My client is in Perth and has been operating in the commercial sector of air-conditioning and ventilation arena for 10 years. They have grown rapidly in the last 5 years and upper management has a solid 100 years of knowledge in mechanical services in commercial and industrial. They are a small 2nd tier organisation that builds lasting relationships with their limited customers.Qualifications & experience:Minimum of five years post apprenticeship experience in the air-conditioning trade, preferably with current site supervision experience.At least 4 years of Project Management experience.HVAC knowledge of commercial fit out is a must.Must have sound knowledge and ability to operate computer systems including Excel, Word, Project, and other site-based platforms.Tasks & responsibilities:Mechanical Services PM for commercial fit out, taking control of mechanical construction sites in and around the Perth Metro area.Manage commercial and industrial mechanical works from small ventilation systems to multi-story aged care facilities.
