The Role As part of the project team, you will be running your own projects valued anywhere from $2 million to $10 million.
Your responsibilities will include tracking scheduling, managing the budget, handling variations, acting as the client liaison, attending site meetings, and ensuring each job is completed on time and within budget.
About You You are an existing Project Manager in Australia, seeking a more diverse role and further career opportunities.
You have a background in HVAC new build and refurbishment, with a strong focus on commercial and education projects.
Requirements for this role include full work rights in Australia, a HVAC trade background, outstanding knowledge of the industry, a strong and stable employment history, and a solid track record on HVAC projects in terms of productivity, cost management, and site operations.
Additionally, exceptional planning, organization, and documentation skills are essential.
