Senior Project Manager - High End Residential Projects Senior Project Manager - High End Residential Projects Established for over 20 years, our client is a reputable builder based in Sydney's North Shore. They currently operate in the high-end residential space, and have plans to expand their reach in the coming few years, and are looking for the right people to help expand their team.
The Role
Due to continued growth and project successes they currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Construction Manager you will be responsible for delivering projects of $3-10M in value, and for the management of of a team of 6+ Project Managers.

To be successful in the role you will have great technical skills and knowledge, have project managed high-end residential projects previously and be experienced / comfortable in managing and training teams.
This is an office based role in Sydney's north shore.
Day to day you would be involved in the following:
Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting.
Managing clients and subcontractor relationships throughout the entire project life cycle
Providing technical knowledge and commercial awareness to clients and senior management.
Overseeing projects and deliverables across your team and ensuring work is delivered to the highest quality
reviewing processes and systems and helping in developing systems across the project management team.
Your skills and experience will include:
Minimum 8 years experience as a PM
Previous experience in high-end residential is a must-have requirement working on projects of at least $5M+
Previous experience in managing a team is desirable.
Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management or related field.
Experience in Procore and Microsoft Projects is highly valued.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
