As a Senior Project Manager at Riis, you have the overall responsibility for the project's planning, finances, and maintaining the quality we deliver every time.
At Riis Retail, we are responsible for execution, planning, furnishing, the design, and concept development of stores in the fashion industry, cafes/restaurants, and airport projects.
We take responsibility for managing the projects from A-Z.
As an international project manager, you will be responsible for implementing projects in France and Benelux.
It is your job to manage the process from start to finish.
You keep an overview during the construction phase, and you will be in continuous dialogue with both customers, contractors, and your colleagues.
You manage the projects in collaboration with a strong project management team consisting of a project coordinator, a designer, a technician, a buyer, and the administrative staff.
You know the market in France and have a solid network for contractors.
Your tasks will include:
Project management Lead and plan the construction process, and ensure that the quality is top-notch Time management and financial management Prepare budgets and tenders Contract negotiation, including partnering for the customer Home office (near Paris would be an advantage) We need the following skills:
Qualified building designer and preferably with a craft background Structured and has a proactive approach Independent and used to making decisions Good for keeping an overview Flexible and adaptable You bring:
Experience with project management in France – Mainly Paris Understanding of the construction process Desire to travel, as there will be a number of travel days per year Your planning and negotiation skills are strong You speak French and English You are the type who always thinks in terms of solutions and welcomes any challenge.
