A mindset geared toward mitigating commercial risk.Knowledge of Design and Construct and what good/fit for purpose design looks like.A strong safety culture - it is your top priority and is continuously improved.A natural ability to attract and retain an effective project team.An understanding of client's commercial outcomes and delivering a seamless experience.Your role will include:Effective Project and Relationship management whilst leading Construction projects. This includes all stakeholders, prospective and existing clients, suppliers, staff, contractors, and others.Provide leadership and direction to the Projects Team and site staff.Manage all aspects of the projects from inception to completion.Complete projects within time & budget constraints.Manage any changes to scope, project variations, and defects.Lead, manage and deploy Project Management workflows such as contracts, HSEQ systems, document control, and scheduling.Produce job report updates and forecasts.
