How will I help?
Westpac Pacific Banking delivers solutions across 3 jurisdictions – Fiji, Papua New Guinea (PNG) and Australia.
The purpose of this role is to plan and manage Pacific Banking projects to successfully complete their listed goals and deliverables while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
Reporting to the Pacific Portfolio lead, this role forms part of the Pacific Banking projects delivery team and the successful candidate will be leading and managing project activities that deliver business and/or technology solutions, enabling Westpac Pacific Banking to achieve its strategic goals, business benefits and outcomes.
Your key responsibilities include: Project governance Scope management Scheduling  Estimation and financial management Quality management Risk and issue management Stakeholder management Partner and vendor management  What's in it for me?

What do I need?
Essential: Project Management experience >5 years Effective problem solving Negotiation, influencing and stakeholder  management Ability to navigate complexity and deliver Ability to manage project risk (delivery and  delivered) Financial and resource management Experience in a bank / other financial services organisation Certifications (PMP/Prince 2/Agile) Desirable: Financial Crime experience Business acumen Delivery of projects bringing about technology change What is it like to work there?
