Fyfe work with a wide range of clients in the Property & Infrastructure and Energy & Resources sectors to provide high quality, commercially pragmatic solutions with a strong focus on client service and delivery.Our Energy and Resources Engineering Division delivers specialist mining, energy, hydrogen and renewable energy projects across the country. These include process plant modifications, upstream flowlines, well leases, network gathering systems, major gas transmission pipelines, above ground processing facilities, as well as hydrogen and renewable energy facilities.About the Role:Reporting to the Eastern Australia Energy & Resources Operations Manager, the Senior Project Manager will drive the delivery of multi-disciplined projects and project teams. The role will involve business development, client management, and a high level of involvement in the technical aspects of the projects.In collaboration with senior management, you will have commercial responsibility of major projects and strategic growth of the Eastern Australia Energy & Resources business. Other responsibilities include:Identification of project opportunities within existing client portfolios and new client opportunities.Ensuring projects are correctly budgeted, resourced and delivered within scheduled timeframes.Leadership and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.Actively driving and participating in tender and proposal preparation.Preparation of monthly reporting on project performance against budgets.Interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders, enhancing Fyfe's presence and position within the Eastern Australia market.What Were Looking For:Bachelor of Engineering, ideally with a background in Mechanical, Electrical or Process EngineeringDemonstrated project delivery experience in a design consultancy is highly desirableWell connected, driven and ambitious, you will be confident in your ability to open doors and drive business development across the energy industryProven experience in both technical and people managementDemonstrable history in delivering major projects utilising current best practicesDemonstrated success in business development and acquisition of clientsStrong analytical and technical report writing skillsA strong commitment to client satisfaction and quality of workStrong interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsThis significant opportunity will accelerate your career in management, with your transition into the role supported by mentoring and the framework of a successful and flourishing business.Culture:Fyfe values our clients and our people and has a culture built on respect, integrity and the delivery of value.
