Senior Project Manager (Ecm / Information Management)

The Opportunity

Our client within utilities is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact business systems projects, with a primary focus on implementing enterprise content management (ECM) solutions.
The Role

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of business systems projects, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Your other responsibilities will include:
Developing comprehensive business cases for project investment approvals.Creating and maintaining detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget control.Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to meet project milestones.Overseeing ECM and collaboration solution implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Monitoring project performance, addressing issues, and ensuring project success.About You Proven track record in delivering ECM and Microsoft 365 implementation projects.A strong understanding of ECM principles, technologies and best practices.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project or JIRA.PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification required.An initial 6-12 month contract with an ASAP start (December 2024 or the start of January 2025).
Work in a highly engaging and collaborative team with a flexible working environment, including 2-3 days per week in the office for workshops & team collaboration.
