Senior Project Manager / Delivery ManagerWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead and drive the successful execution of critical projects for our government sector client. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project management professional to take ownership of delivery, team leadership, and process improvements on high-profile government initiatives. Candidates must have a strong background in project delivery, team management, and risk mitigation.Baseline Security Clearance or Australian citizenship eligibility for clearance is required.Key Responsibilities:Lead the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.Manage cross-functional teams, overseeing resource allocation, team performance, and maintaining high morale.Proactively identify project risks and issues, taking prompt and effective action to resolve them and minimize disruptions.Implement process improvements and encourage innovation to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.Mandatory Criteria:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Delivery Management.Weighted Criteria:Project Delivery and Execution: Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within agreed timeframes, scope, and budget.Leadership and Management: Proven effectiveness in managing teams, allocating resources, and maintaining strong team morale.Risk and Issue Management: Experience in identifying risks, resolving issues proactively, and minimizing potential project disruptions.Process Improvement and Innovation: Track record of driving process improvements, streamlining workflows, and fostering a culture of innovation within teams.WHAT MAKES US NRITransformative digital solutions take more than IT expertise.
