As a SPM/Delivery Lead, you will play a key leadership role within our Platforms team, managing a large 10+ people team. You will be accountable for the team's health, sentiment and performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing end-to-end delivery of multiple product initiatives using agile methods in cross-disciplinary teams. You will also be responsible for tracking project progress, developing business cases for funding requests, managing project budgets, and ensuring successful product delivery.

The ideal candidate for this Senior Project Manager role is an empathetic leader who can influence teams and outcomes through her highly developed interpersonal skills. She should have extensive experience working with and leading agile teams, coupled with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and framework. Experience or exposure working with the Oracle EBS Platform is a bonus. The ability to multi-task, prioritise decisions considering business value with a customer-first mentality is crucial.
