Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager in Professional Services, you'll take the helm of significant projects throughout the delivery cycle. Your role involves orchestrating deployment resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of all project deliverables. You'll spearhead customer deployment projects, process enhancements, and collaborate closely with IT to streamline systems and infrastructure processes.

The right candidate would have cyber security experience working in a technology vendor. Responsibilities: Collaborate with project partners to establish team structure, comprising both technical and business resources. Assist in defining project scope, requirements, and deliverables in coordination with project partners. Develop project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and methodologies. Create and adapt project work plans to accommodate evolving needs and requirements. Allocate resources and delegate responsibilities to team members. Oversee day-to-day project operations and scope management. Contribute to operational projects targeting new services IP delivery, partner communications, and scheduling. Review team-prepared deliverables before client submission. Implement Project Management methodology and uphold project standards. Mitigate project risks and exposure. Maintain completeness, currency, and appropriate storage of project documents. Monitor and report team hours and expenses weekly. Present Executive Dashboards on overall project status. Provide mentorship to project managers and coordinators. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably leading complex projects. Proficiency in analyzing project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization. Strong command of project management software such as Microsoft Project and SmartSheets. Effective presentation skills, both written and oral. Excellent organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information management, attention to detail, and prioritization. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders, including upper management, clients, and other departments. Adaptability to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines, with the capability to respond promptly and expertly to project adjustments. Experience managing large-scale deployments with multiple projects, teams, and resources on a global scale. Project Management Institute PMP(r) certification or equivalent is advantageous. Familiarity with Google's G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) is a plus.
