Senior Project Manager - Commercial Fitout - 200K - 240K

Our client is an accredited, award winning commercial builder. They work on a variety of commercial projects up to the value of $60 million dollars across several sectors.
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver multi level fitout and refurbishment project in the CBD. The projects you will manage will range between $20 million and $50 million dollars.

As the
Senior Project Manager
you will be responsible for:
Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work
Early Construction Involvement
Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the clients
High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has had sustained growth over many years.
To be considered for the position of
Senior Project Manager
you will require:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management on Commercial projects as a principal/Head contractor.
Tertiary qualification in Construction is highly regarded.
Previously worked on D&C commercial Fitout projects.
Early Construction Involvement experience a plus
Must have experience delivering large commercial multi level fitouts
Proficient in Commercial Software
