Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Health

The Role Project Manager joining a well-established team delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects in the health sector. You will: Forecast and manage project budgets Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team Successfully manage the balance of time, quality, and cost to achieve project milestones and client satisfaction Have a positive impact on your delivery team with a proven ability to create and maintain an enjoyable and productive work environment Manage ongoing relationships with all parties Experience/Qualifications Required A stable track record in delivering commercial fit out projects in the health sector for the principal contractor. An ability to manage program, schedule, and sequence trades effectively. Experience in utilizing construction software such as Hammertech, Procore, or similar. A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients alike.
