Running projects which are usually demolition and then new build industrial or technical facility type projects.Our client is a boutique client side project and construction management consultancy who provide independent and professional services for property and infrastructure projects. They are looking for an enthusiastic Senior / Project Manager to join their innovative and client-focused team to work on high-end industrial projects. Experience working on industrial, warehouse & distribution centre building projects is desirable.Offering an end-to-end consulting, PM and advisory service to their clients, they have a diverse project portfolio spanning industrial, hotels and infrastructure to name a few.Ideally, the candidate will have experience in industrial type projects (or similar); however, it is not essential. The candidate can come from the client or head contractor side but will ideally have some experience working on the client or consultancy side.As Senior / Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects from scope development through construction to handover, providing a high-quality service that will ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
