The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of council's civil infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, footpaths, shared paths, carparks, road safety, and streetscapes.
The council operates under a flexible hybrid working model.
You Will Be Responsible For: Supervising the delivery of civil infrastructure projects Tendering, contract management & negotiation Site supervision & surveillance of works Budgeting & financial management Stakeholder management & engagement Ensuring adherence to OH&S policies As the ideal candidate you will have/be: A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and Project Management Experience in project and/or construction management Previous experience successfully delivering Capital Works Projects to time, quality, and budget constraints in Local Government A solid understanding of Local Government procedures, principles, and legislation Ability to write and present reports to various stakeholders Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills A current driver's license If you would like to review a position description, discuss this role in more detail, or discuss other opportunities within Local Government, please contact:
