Senior Project Manager - Business Operations

The purpose of the project is to meet the needs of the customer and to align the technology strategy  to derisk, simplify, grow and excel.
Due to ongoing demand across banking and transformation, we have multiple opportunities for strong Senior Project Managers with operations experience to commence an initial 12+ month engagement with the view to extend  into 2025/26.
The key focus for this position is business operations, including process design, process simplification, policy realignment, new tool implementation and modelling for operations/ standard Operation Processes across the bank.
Requirements: 8+ years of Senior Project Management with a focus of business operations, process reengineering, process simplification, Standard Operating Processing and Modelling.
Banking and/or financial services experience Experince as Senior PM in operations and business transformation Strong understanding of risk, change and customer communications/execution around processes High level interpersonal and written communication skills in a complex program environment.
