W Talent has been appointed to search for a Senior Project Manager for a Multi-Residential project in Brisbane. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a builder with an impressive track record in delivering projects across SEQ.
Project: 70+ Apartments + Retail Project Value: $50M+ million Project Duration: 2 years Responsibilities: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget. Lead the transition from the ECI phase to full construction operations. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with local stakeholders to maintain access and services for the surrounding community. Provide regular updates to clients and partners on project progress. Design Management Motivate and lead a multidisciplinary team towards a shared vision. Foster a collaborative environment for effective teamwork. Quality Assurance About You: PM Experience with Multi-Residential projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven leadership abilities to drive team performance. In-depth knowledge of construction processes and regulatory standards.
