Down to earth, family orientated and supportive teams The Builder Offices in 3 locations across VIC Detailed new builds and refurbishments in a broad range of markets Long-standing builder who have building projects across Victoria The Role End-to-end management and delivery Managing communication and progress amongst various stakeholders Working closely with management, architects, contractors, and in-house teams to achieve on target results without delays Provide full scope and feasibility of works Support the delivery of supply & installation projects on time and within budget Working alongside internal team to make sure invoicing and project variation management is documented appropriately Monitor job progress against milestones, including updating stakeholders regularly and identifying opportunities for improvement Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project life cycle Ensuring the project comes in on time and budget About You Minimum 4 years in the industry working as a Project Manager Experience on health, pharmaceutical or industrial projects highly favoured (though not essential) Australian working rights Ability to work autonomously If this sounds like you, please apply within or give Ryan Wakelin a call/text on 0424 282 697 - after hours & weekend calls and texts are fine
