Senior Project Manager - $200M Project

Our client is a leading Tier 2 builder who has been in the industry for close to 50 years. They specialise in commercial, education, residential and health projects up to $250m and very respected in what they do. They are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join the business to deliver a $200m Residential project in Sydney's East.
Senior Project Manager
Reporting to the Construction Manager the Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a new $200m residential project. Working closely with a close knit and highly resourced team you will mentor and drive the project successfully. 
About You
Successful candidates for this role will have a proven track record in the delivery of projects over $100m. 

Tertiary qualifications in Construction/Project Management, Engineering. Will have proven experience completing multiple projects start to completion in the Tier 1 or 2 space 7+ years professional experience working in a Project Manager role on large-scale developments. Exposure to delivering projects in live environments will be highly regarded. High attention to detail, strong with project governance, reporting & programming.  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Have a positive can do attitude and be a team player.
