Location:
You can be based in our Brisbane office or work remotely from within Australia. You will need tobe close enough to one of our offices so that you can visit when there are team meetings, ideally no more than an hour away. Our other offices are located in Melbourne &Sydney.We are only able to consider candidates close to these locations andwe cannot offer relocation or visa sponsorship for this role.
Responsibilities Provide project management and governance support to global teams, acting as a Business Partner to Managers and General Managers.Drive project status update meetings (including WIP), escalating issues as needed, and maintaining supporting spreadsheets.Manage project setup, variations, schedules, budgets, and material orders, including tracking and internal/client reporting.Coordinate project financials, including budget tracking, invoicing, procurement, and coding, while preparing client invoices in compliance with contracts.Support system improvement projects related to NetSuite and OpenAir functionality.Maintain project documentation to high standards in compliance with PSC's quality systems, including SharePoint and archival systems.Oversee project closeout activities, including Project Closure Review meetings and maintaining a database of results.Manage Accounts Receivable Ageing by liaising with clients and project managers to secure timely payments.Assist with internal and external audits across the global business.

To succeed in this role you'll need: 10 + years finance experienceFamiliarity with project management, time sheeting, and customer relationship management systems (OpenAir and NetSuite preferred).Proficiency in invoicing, particularly with complex client requirements.Strong numerical analysis skills using tools like Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Professional and SharePoint.Great communication skills, with the ability to listen and influence when needed.You'll be dependable, reliable, and able to work autonomously.Confidence working with a broad range of people across the organization, from senior managers to junior staff.The ability to collaborate effectively with distributed colleagues and foster a team environment.Solve problems, inspire, and make a real difference in the energy sector.
