We empower our people to contribute to next-generation infrastructure while developing your skills to reach your full potential.Who we're looking for:We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer with project experience specific to Water/WasteWater Treatment Plants, underbores, HDD or underground piping to join our high calibre team. Drawing on your learnings from a successful engineering career, you will work with senior members of the project team to achieve optimum production and cost outcomes and also:Provide onsite engineering services and technical support to fearlessly strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements.Demonstrate leadership qualities which allow for mentoring of Site Engineers and Graduates to achieve innovative solutions to complex challenges.To be successful in this role, you will need:A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.High level verbal and written communication skills to liaise with multiple disciplinary teams, project managers, clients, superintendents and consultants.A minimum of seven years' experience on water/wastewater, underbores, HDD, underground piping projects.Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do.Motivation to achieve value-for-money results, ideally with experience in Pre-Contracts.Previous experience with major tier one or two contractors undertaking similar work.BenefitsWe offer a rewarding long-term career, opportunities to develop, and a culture that values your contribution.
