Senior Project Engineer - Track

This reputable NSW government rail organisation is seeking a senior project engineer with track construction experience to undertake Project Planning in the Network Maintenance Division.
The division is responsible for delivering maintenance and renewal of existing infrastructure assets across infrastructure, signals, electrical, and operational technology, as well as enabling and supporting transport infrastructure investments in the rail network.
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be tasked with providing planning, engineering, and site construction support for projects, as well as providing technical advice to support the successful delivery of these projects. You will also be expected to mentor and share knowledge to build the technical capability of the project engineering and support team.
Ideally, you will have experience working in both the private and public sectors and have strong general project delivery skills along with a technical knowledge of permanent way. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are a must.
Starting immediately, this contract will go up until the end of June next year, approximately seven months, with the opportunity for extension thereafter.
Must have Australian work rights and local experience Remuneration is $885 + super per day with the option to subcontract through your own company.
